Saying Good-Bye to my Old Car

I am getting rid of my old junk car today, I just can't stand to look at it anymore! My 2001 Honda Accord has been siting in my driveway for the past 4 months and I have to find a final resting place for it today, no more excuses because my wife yells at me everyday about it and I just can't stand it anymore.

I just called up my local recycling junk yard and they agreed to not only pick it up for free but they said once the driver gets there and takes a look at it I will end up with a couple hundred bucks in my pocket as well!! I was thinking of trying to sell it privately for a few hundred dollars but the truth is that my old car is not road-worthy anymore and probably is only good for salvaging used auto parts and scrap metal. It was very important for me to use an eco-friendly solution for disposing of my vehicle and the company I called said they meet and exceed all state requirements and that was great news for me and my 'green' conscious.
